Rabbi Maayan Belding-Zidon (she/her) is the Director of the Rabbinical Assembly in Israel and the Director of the Religious Services Bureau at the Masorti Movement in Israel. She holds an MA and rabbinical ordination from the Schechter Rabbinical Seminary in Jerusalem and a BA in Modern Middle East Studies from Yale University. Rabbi Maayan grew up in New York’s Hudson Valley and made aliyah in 2016. She spends as much time as she can exploring the land of Israel, cooking new recipes, and trying to keep her balcony garden safe from her and her wife Ronnie’s three cats.
